Monitoring atmospheric composition & climate
MACC-III/Copernicus Atmosphere Services User Workshop

Rome, Italy , 11 May 2015

On 1 July, the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), operated by ECMWF on behalf of the European Commission, will start its operational phase. Until then, the last pilot project for the Atmosphere Service lines (MACC-III) will continue to provide its pre-operational services.

On this occasion, we invite all users of the current pre-operational services for atmosphere, delivered in the context of the EU Horizon2020 MACC-III project, as well as potential new users and interested parties to attend the MACC-III User workshop of Copernicus Services for Atmosphere. Future operational Copernicus atmosphere services are shaping right now!

This user workshop will

  • bring together experienced users of the current pre-operational services for atmosphere and new or potential users to share their experiences and questions
  • collect feedback on the current services for atmosphere
  • discuss requirements for the near-term evolution of services

This user workshop is organized by MACC-III with support from Italian organisations (ISPRA, ARPA-ER). It will focus on using MACC-III output as boundary conditions for regional and local applications.

If you want to contribute to shaping the evolution of the Copernicus Services for Atmosphere, this is the event you need to attend.

Please register here. Registration will be open until 24 April 2015. Registration is now closed.
